Like Green 7

The sequence Green 7 marked the beginning of ‚Beat & Atmosphere‘. Immediately afterward, several recordings were made using the same patch.

Cyan 3 was released on March 17th, 2023 and is the direct follow-up to Green 7 (see the Beat & Atmosphere section). This track consists of the sequences Cyan 3 of the Metropolix, Bank 7 Pattern 3 and Bank 6 Pattern 4 of the Mother 32. The bass line coming from the DFAM plays a key role here.

The Metropolix’s Cyan 8 sequence is accompanied by the Mother 32’s Bank 8 Pattern 7 sequence on this recording. At 3:14 min, the second track from the Metropolix modulates the sequence of the Mother 32, creating a chaotic atmosphere that is strongly amplified with the slightly detuned oscillators. The deep kick drum and the constant bass line have a hypnotic effect.
